"Our product is so lucky to have Elicia as part of our team. On a daily basis, Elicia helps the development team put a picture to the vision of our product but that is not all. She has been an awesome collaboration partner to work on product backlog, assisting with documenting process flows, designs, and working with products owners. She has stepped up and partnered with business analysts and product owners to make refinement sessions more meaningful with her use of screen mock-ups and just the knowledge she brings to the table on the product vision.
